Manpower Supply

Our tradesmen are on our own sponsorship and under our supervision — not brokered on at the point of need.

NRGC supplies skilled, semi-skilled and supervisory construction manpower across 40 trade categories on hourly, monthly or project-duration terms. Accommodation, transport and payroll are handled by NRGC, and crews arrive inducted and documented.

Manpower supply is a structurally different business from contracting: a different buyer, a different sales cycle and a different commercial model. We run it as its own line.

Crews are supplied on hourly, monthly or project-duration terms. Accommodation, transport, payroll and iqama administration stay with us, and workers arrive inducted with their documentation in order.

Questions

About this service

How many trade categories does NRGC supply?

Forty. The list runs from general labourers and masons through steel fixers, scaffolders and carpenters to certified welders in 3G, 4G, 6G, TIG and MIG, and on to supervisory and technical roles such as safety officers, AutoCAD operators and document controllers.

Are the workers directly employed by NRGC?

Yes. Supplied tradesmen are on NRGC sponsorship and under NRGC supervision, with accommodation, transport and payroll administered by us. That is the difference between manpower supply and brokerage.

Can NRGC supply a complete site crew?

Yes. We mobilise full crews with their own supervisors and foremen rather than only individual tradesmen, which suits a contractor who needs a package covered rather than headcount topped up.
