Clients & References

We do not publish a client logo wall. Most of our contracts do not permit it, and a wall of logos proves nothing a reference call would not disprove.

NRGC works mainly as a specialist subcontractor to main contractors, and directly for developers, compound and facility owners, and private clients building residential buildings and villas. The one client NRGC names publicly is SARED, for the ladies’ gymnasium renovation at Khaldiyah Compound in Jeddah in 2020. Further references are released under prequalification with the client’s permission.

NRGC works primarily as a specialist subcontractor delivering civil, MEP and finishing packages into other contractors' projects, and directly for owners on complete turnkey work. Our clients are established contacts in the region who have relied on us repeatedly — which is the relationship a first-time buyer is actually trying to verify.

Rather than list names we are not free to publish, this page sets out the kinds of client we work for and how you can check us properly.

How to check us

  • Request the prequalification pack — registrations, workforce and equipment schedules
  • Ask for project references relevant to your scope; we obtain the client’s permission before releasing contact details
  • Visit a running site — the Prince Fawaz project in Jeddah is currently live
  • Ask for trade certificates and welder qualifications for the crew you would receive
  • Verify our Commercial Registration 7051214695 and MISA registration 24925233051 directly

The only client NRGC names publicly is SARED. Every other project on this site is described by scope, location and date without naming the client, because the contract does not permit it. We release named references, with contact details, under prequalification and with that client’s permission — which is slower than a logo wall and worth more.

Who we work for

01

Main contractors

The majority of our work. We take defined civil, MEP or finishing packages inside a larger project, working to the main contractor’s programme, HSE plan and site rules, with our own supervision and directly employed crews.

02

Developers and building owners

Complete turnkey work under LSTK and LSPB arrangements, and finishing packages taken from structure to handover-ready — as on the G+6 residential building at Al Hawiyah in Taif.

03

Compound and facility owners

Refurbishment and fit-out inside occupied, operating premises, where sequencing around residents and access restrictions matters more than raw speed. The SARED ladies’ gymnasium at Khaldiyah Compound is the reference for this.

04

Private clients

Residential buildings and villas taken from frame to handover, including render and paint, joinery, fitted kitchens and bathrooms, and decorative entrance gates.

Questions

Common questions

Can NRGC provide client references?

Yes. Named references with contact details are released as part of the prequalification pack, once the client concerned has given permission. NRGC does not publish client names on its website because most of its contracts do not permit it.

Why does NRGC not show client logos?

Because most NRGC contracts do not permit the client to be named, and publishing logos without that permission would breach them. The projects on this site are described by scope, location and date instead, and named references are released under prequalification.

Does NRGC work for main contractors or directly for owners?

Both. The majority of NRGC’s work is delivered as a specialist subcontract package to a main contractor. NRGC also takes complete turnkey projects directly for developers, compound and facility owners and private clients under LSTK and LSPB arrangements.

Can we visit a live NRGC site before awarding work?

Yes, subject to the site owner’s permission and induction requirements. The Prince Fawaz residential project in Jeddah is currently running and is the usual site visit for prospective clients in the Western Region.
