Plants, warehouses & workshops

Industrial & Warehouse Projects

Industrial work is measured in downtime, not in square metres.

NRGC builds industrial facilities, steel-framed warehouses and workshops, and carries out plant erection, equipment installation and shutdown support. Delivered work includes steel-framed workshops with covered parking, generator enclosures in sandwich panel and louvre steel, and the industrial sanitation and sewage network at Jeddah Industrial Area 2.

Industrial construction is where the company’s procurement and logistics side earns its place: local and international supply for industrial construction is a standing capability, and it is what lets us take on the size of package a plant or warehouse actually needs.

Delivered work includes steel-framed workshops and covered parking structures, generator rooms built in sandwich panel with open roof and louvre steel, electrical works across commercial, residential and industrial projects, and the industrial sanitation and sewage network at Jeddah Industrial Area 2.

Questions

About this service

Has NRGC worked in industrial areas?

Yes. The industrial sanitation and sewage network at Jeddah Industrial Area 2 was delivered by NRGC, and electrical works across commercial, residential and industrial projects are part of the recorded scope. Steel-framed workshops and generator enclosures are among the completed structures.

Can NRGC supply crews for a shutdown or turnaround?

Yes. Because the trades are directly employed and on our own sponsorship, a shutdown crew — welders, fitters, electricians and supervision — can be mobilised as a manpower package for a fixed window rather than recruited against the date.

Does NRGC handle procurement for industrial projects?

Yes. Our procurement and logistics group runs local and international sourcing for industrial construction, including vendor qualification and expediting, which is what allows us to take equipment-heavy scopes rather than labour-only ones.
