Prince Fawaz Project

Multi-block residential development currently under construction in Jeddah. NRGC is running the reinforced concrete package — raft and pad foundations, column and shear-wall cages, formwork, and suspended slabs across blocks B-10 and B-11 — with our own steel fixers, shuttering carpenters and site engineers. Further programme and commercial detail is released under prequalification.

Renovation of the gymnasium in the hostesses’ housing compound, delivered inside a live, occupied residential compound. Architectural, electrical and mechanical improvements throughout, including a full ventilation system installation, reception and lounge fit-out, changing rooms and joinery, and the installation of gym equipment.

Operating history

Before Saudi Arabia — delivered as Green Bangla

NRGC began in 2006 in Bangladesh as Green Bangla, becoming Green Horizon General Contracting Co. Ltd. in June 2023 before the Saudi entity was established. The two buildings below were delivered under that entity. They are not Saudi references and are shown here only to evidence the group’s operating history.
