We hold civil, mechanical and electrical crews on our own payroll. For a main contractor that means one contract, one programme and one point of accountability instead of coordinating three subcontractors.
NRGC — New Rawafed General Co. — is a contracting company headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, delivering civil, mechanical and electrical works with its own directly employed workforce. The business began in 2006 and its Saudi operation now works across Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Yanbu and Makkah.
New Rawafed General Co. is the Saudi arm of a contracting business that started in Bangladesh in 2006 as Green Bangla, providing engineering, operations and maintenance services. In June 2023 the group was reorganised as Green Horizon General Contracting Co. Ltd. and, at the same time, began working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the engineering sector.
Today the Saudi entity is registered in Jeddah and operates on projects in Riyadh, Dammam, Yanbu, Makkah and Taif. Our work spans structural concrete and steel, facade and cladding packages, full MEP installation, interior finishing, and the supply of skilled manpower to other contractors.
We began with lump sum turnkey (LSTK) and lump sum procure & build (LSPB) packages using our own engineering teams for design compliance, procurement, pre-commissioning and commissioning. That experience is what now lets us take on full EPC scopes.
How we work
Self-performing
Civil, mechanical and electrical crews are ours. We do not broker the work out and then manage it at arm’s length.
Own labour force
Our 155 tradesmen are on our own sponsorship and under our direct supervision, with accommodation and transport handled.
Owned plant
Scaffolding, steel props, generators and welding plant belong to us, so an accelerated programme does not wait on a hire company.
Documented delivery
Method statements, inspection at hold points, and testing and commissioning records handed over as part of the scope.
