General Contracting

From excavation to handover, under one contract and one programme.

NRGC takes on general contracting packages covering excavation, reinforced concrete frame, block work, plaster, finishing and handover. We work as a main contractor on residential and commercial buildings, and as a specialist subcontractor delivering defined packages into a larger works programme.

Our general contracting work runs from setting out and excavation through the reinforced concrete frame, block work and plaster, to finishing and handover. Because our civil, mechanical and electrical crews are all in-house, the interfaces between trades sit inside our own programme rather than between three separate subcontracts.

We price under lump sum turnkey (LSTK), lump sum procure & build (LSPB), design and build, cost-plus and unit rate arrangements, and we take subcontract packages where a main contractor wants a single trade delivered well.

What the package covers

  • Setting out, excavation and backfill
  • Reinforced concrete — formwork, rebar fixing, pouring and curing
  • Block work, plaster and render
  • Structural steel where the frame calls for it
  • Full internal finishing — gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery
  • MEP first and second fix, coordinated in-house
  • Testing, commissioning and documented handover

Questions

About this service

Does NRGC work as a main contractor or a subcontractor?

Both. NRGC works primarily as a specialist subcontractor to main contractors, delivering civil, MEP and finishing packages. The company also takes complete turnkey projects under LSTK and LSPB arrangements for residential, commercial and industrial clients across Saudi Arabia.

What size of project does NRGC take on?

Our completed work ranges from single-building finishing packages, such as a ground-plus-six residential block in Taif, to industrial infrastructure and multi-trade refurbishments. Scope rather than headline value is the better guide — send a BOQ and we will tell you plainly whether it suits our capacity.
